In the heart of the Languedoc, one of the world’s largest wine regions with an array of diverse climates and terroirs allowing a range of local and international varieties to be grown.
Tasting Notes
A soft and appealing Languedoc Merlot. Well balanced and concentrated with blackcurrant and summer fruits ripened by the seductive warmth of the Mediterranean. It has a nose of ripe berry fruit and hints of leather and mineral, a supple palate finishing with herbs, violets and blackberry fruit.
Food
To be enjoyed with olives and cold meats or rabbit, lamb or pork dishes, burgers and spicy sausages.
